The transcription can be downloaded as Word, PDF, plain text, Embeddable for use on websites, or WebVTT for captioning video files.
The quality of the transcript will vary based on the quality of the recording.
We keep the source files and results for 90 days. After 90 day the files are deleted and you will no longer be able to access the results.

Transcription isn't perfect, so we've included a tool that allows you to edit the transcription and download the amended version.
Our embeddable version includes skip forwards and backwards, play, pause and jump to any point in time like you would find in most media players.
We've taken this to the next level and included a search! That's right, search for words in your transcripts, no-longer have to listen to the entire recording. Search for a word and then go straight to when it was spoken.
